Free Advertising from adgridwork

If you have a wonderful site but dont have a huge budget to afford buying text links from a site like textlinks or adsense then adgridwork is the network for you.  Adgridwork is a free advertising network that displays you ad on other sites in their network in exchange for displaying other sites ads through a banner on your site, see the ad in the top banner.   They offer 15 different sized ad blocks so you wont be stuck with a single size.  It took about 2 minutes to set up so its definently easy to use.  Ill post an update later on how much traffic it actually brings.
